I had a problem with my smartphone when I tried to update the software. The phone got stuck during the update process, and I couldn't use it at all. I tried turning it off and on, but it didn't work. I had to take it to a repair shop to fix the problem, and they were able to restore the phone to its previous state. It turned out that there was a glitch in the software update, and the repair shop was able to fix it by reinstalling the operating system.
소프트웨어를 업데이트하려고 할 때 스마트폰에 문제가 있었습니다. 업데이트 과정에서 핸드폰이 걸려서 전혀 사용할 수가 없었어요. 껐다 켜려고 했지만, 작동이 안 됐어요. 문제를 해결하기 위해 수리점에 가져가야 했고, 그들은 전화기를 이전 상태로 복구할 수 있었습니다. 알고 보니 소프트웨어 업데이트에 결함이 있었고, 수리점에서 운영체제를 재설치해서 고칠 수 있었습니다.
